The Royal College of Surgeons of England boasts over 70,000 items across collections of anatomical and pathological specimens, models, instruments, paintings, and sculptures, showcasing the art and science of surgery from the 17th century right up to the present day.
We designed, manufactured, and installed the museum showcases for the new Hunterian Museum at the Royal College of Surgeons of England. We ensured the vision for the displays was delivered whilst ensuring functionality, security, conservation, and all museum showcase specifications were met.
The Royal College of Surgeons is home to the Hunterian Museum which covers four centuries of surgery, medicine, natural history and the arts and includes over 3,500 anatomical and pathological preparations, fossils, paintings and drawings assembled by the founder of scientific surgery, John Hunter.
